Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
• You are responsible for account credentials, user access, and actions performed under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

2. Platform Use

• You may use the platform to plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns.
• You are responsible for campaign claims, ad content legality, and rights to all uploaded assets.
• You must comply with applicable law and relevant advertising platform policies.
• You may not use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Wallet Funding and Payments

• Wallet top-ups are processed through Stripe in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Campaign spending is deducted from your wallet according to recorded platform activity.
• Payment processing and charge handling are also subject to Stripe terms and banking rules.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment method validity.

4. Refunds, Disputes, and Billing Errors

If you believe a wallet credit or campaign deduction is incorrect, contact support@mooads.com with transaction details. We review billing disputes in good faith and may issue adjustments when errors are confirmed. Chargebacks and card disputes are handled through the relevant payment processor workflow.

5. Service Availability and Changes

We may improve, update, or modify platform features over time. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific marketing outcomes.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or serious policy violations. You may request account closure by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform software, branding, and related materials are owned by Digital Shift LLC or licensors. You retain rights to your own campaign materials and uploaded content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, or goodwill resulting from platform use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Shift LLC from claims arising from your campaign content, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on your contracting entity and service location, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The latest version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
